Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Stickerit iOS app ("the app"), made by Vladimirs Matusevics ("the developer"). The app is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA); these terms add to it. By using the app you agree to both.

Your stickers

Your photos and the stickers you make are yours. The developer claims no rights in them.
Only use photos you have the right to use, and don't make stickers that break the law or someone else's rights. You are responsible for what you make and share.
Packs sent to Telegram or WhatsApp are also subject to those services' terms; Telegram sticker sets can be opened by anyone with their link.

Stickerit Pro

Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase made through Apple. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
It lifts the free limits (number of packs and stickers in a pack) and includes new features added to Pro later.
Payment, refunds and restoring purchases are handled by Apple under its terms. Use "Restore purchase" in the app on a new device.

Availability

The app is provided "as is". Features that depend on Telegram, WhatsApp or Messages can change or stop working if those services change. The developer may update the app or these terms; the current terms are always at this address.
